The brand name speaks for itself. Marcel Grateau was the great hairdresser of his time. He changed fashion (and the industry as a whole), creating the famous tongs for curling hair, which we use in our work nowdays. Marcel's work was always immaculate and cost no small money - 500 drancs. Other hairdressers of his time took 15-20 francs.

We also wanted to assemble a team of proffessionals who would follow the philosophy of Marcel, and also knew their work impeccably. We really wanted to convey the atmosphere of beauty salons from the time of Marcel Grateau - that restrained chic, French charm and good service. So it was in Paris beauty salons. Guests were served in separate rooms for even more comfort.

It was difficult to find a place in Moscow with a good location that would response all our requests. In 2018 we were offered to see a place in Marriot Royal Aurora hotel, and we fell in love with this place. We completely changed the space to convey the atmosphere of that time.
